Therapy
Therapy is personalised to align with your specific requirements. I predominantly operate within the cognitive framework, offering a range of therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Schema Therapy, and Counselling to address your unique needs effectively.
Fee for 50 minute appointment: $210 ($113.35 out of pocket with Medicare referral).
Concessions rates available based on circumstance. Inquire for more information.
What is not on offer
It is important to find the right kind of help. I am unable to treat the following conditions: eating disorders, schizophrenia and other psychotic disorders, and substance use disorders.
I am unable to assess for, and diagnose ADHD, Autism, and Intellectual Disabilities.
I do work with children, however, at this time I am only providing telehealth appointments. Please consider if this would be appropriate for your child.
